At Laheja Fashion, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, it is packed and handed over to our delivery partners for shipment.

You will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note: Delivery time may be affected during sales, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected pin codes.

  • COD charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

  • For high-value orders or repeated failed deliveries, COD may be restricted.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can track your order in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
